Could use a stronger hardened gear. -The mounting shaft for the spur gear has been crooked on every unit I have received. This makes the gear mesh at an angle, which accelerates wear. I simply take a heat gun and gently heat the plastic around the pin around both sides until I can move the pin to be parallel with the motor shaft. This makes for tighter straighter gear mesh, and longer lasting pinions.
